Over 5 years of collaboration, the visual language evolved alongside the conference itself, adapting to new themes, growth in scale, and an expanding global audience, while maintaining a strong and consistent core identity.

The branding system was applied across a wide range of touchpoints, from stage design, signage, and wayfinding, to digital assets, printed materials, and custom merchandise. This long-term approach allowed the brand to grow organically year after year, creating a cohesive and memorable experience across both physical and digital environments.

Over the years, we identified which elements of the visual language had become strongly associated with the conference and needed to remain consistent, and which aspects could be refreshed to reflect evolving design trends.
